This is a physical sim card, not a recharge voucher. It’s for new customers only, not for existing Boost customers. If you are with Boost at the moment, you will have to port your number out to another carrier for a few days and then port it back to Boost by activating the new Boost SIM.

The order handling time for us is normally 1-2 business days. However, the delivery speed of AU post is out of our control. Their delivery might be delayed due to Covid or the busy festival season.
